Carmen has learned her skill as an organizer after many years as an administrative professional who has worked her way from receptionist to Executive Assistant. Carmen has earned a B.S. in Political Science with an emphasis in Administrative Law from Idaho State University and is a Certified Paralegal from Boise State University. Carmen stays very active with her family in her community as a volunteer with local children’s charities and Latino organizations.
